Defending a woman's right to choose in New York
New York State's abortion laws do not adequately protect a woman's right to choose. Because of the protections offered by Roe v. Wade, this hasn't been an issue – until now. Out of concern that Roe v. Wade could be overturned by Trump's Supreme Court, advocates were mobilizing to update New York's laws via the Reproductive Health Act. We designed a mail and digital campaign to bring pressure to bear on the recalcitrant New York State Senate.
